Leaves changing colour in Autumn and Winter and falling to the ground, flush of flowers in early Spring or gorgeous fresh green foliage. Hedges are a favourite world wide, the difference is the types of plants used to make them. Whether you want a 50cm high hedge or a 3m high hedge, we have a range of plants suitable. There a couple of types that are far more popular in our region than any others. Photinia 'Red Robyn' and Lilly Pilly hedges are well suited to our area.

Size, price and availability varies across these varieties. We can get most of these in sizes from tubes up to and over 200mm pots, depending on how quickly you want your hedge to establish.

There are so many different plants that fall into this category. Murgon Garden Centre has a large range that is ever increasing and changing. If we don't have the variety you are looking for, let us know and we will do what we can to find it. Stock numbers change daily, so something that we have lots of one day can be sold out the next. What we have here is an example of what kind of things we have in stock, it's not comprehensive, so if you can't see what you're looking for, please let us know as we may have it.

There are some varieties that need part or full shade to flourish in our climate. We do stock some plants that require shade but the majority of our plants are sun hardened and are suitable for planting straight out into the garden.
